Flexibility
As a consumer, I don't want to be bound to a rigid schedule. Life happens. My students schedule, and re-schedule, themselves.
Collaboration
I want to be taught what I want to learn and not forced into a style or system or music that doesn't appeal to me. My students and I collaborate. I teach them what they want to learn in terms of musical and vocal production styles.
Current Knowledge
I am an avid learner. I quest to stay on the front edge of current industry knowledge. The more I know, the more effectively I can teach. My students sometimes get to learn in minutes the things it took me years to figure out. Those are great days!
