Studio Policies

Studio policies really boil down to being considerate. I offer a generous reschedule/make-up policy because life will happen. I expect you will likewise be considerate. 

· Please reschedule online as soon as you become aware of a conflict in consideration of me and of other students who may wish to use your time slot.

· If I am unable to keep our appointment, I will notify you via text and you can reschedule online at your earliest convenience.

· If you are ill, please don’t spread your illness to me. We can have a lesson via Zoom OR reschedule.

· If your children are ill, there is dangerous weather, or you are otherwise stuck at home, we can have a lesson via Zoom OR reschedule.

· If you forget your lesson,  and leave me hanging with no chance to schedule another student during your time, there can be no make-up offered.
